Kitty (Daniels) Bolinger and Chief Operation Specialist Monte Carriker, Mundelein, Ill., were united in a military wedding at 4:30 p.m. Sept. 26, 2009, at Zion Community Church in Cherryvale. The Rev. Judy Flanegin, Greenfield, Iowa, aunt of the bride, performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Micki Daniels, Elsmore, and the late D.J. Daniels. The groom is the son of Glenda Carriker, Coffeyville, and the late David Murray.
Grandmother attending the ceremony was Georgia Carriker of Coffeyville.
Maid of honor was Jacque Hobbs, Coffeyville. Sr. Chief Operation Specialist, Woodford Greene, Jacksonville, Fla., was the best man.
The couple honeymooned in the Rocky Mountains and Pacific Northwest. They will be transferred to Everett, Wash., this summer. He will be deploying in October on the aircraft carrier the USS Abraham Lincoln.
Mrs. Carriker is a marketing administrator for Visiplex, Inc., in Vernon Hills, Ill. Mr. Carriker is a Chief Operation Specialist with the U.S. Navy stationed at Great Lakes Naval Base, Ill.
